We were given Webmii at first, in this website we simply put in the first and last name of the person we would like to find and select the region they are in.

Another site is Whoozy which is just another people finder website, a little more in detail than Webmii.

Apple's latest product: the Apple Tablet has been just recently announced a few days ago and yet it has had a lot of people talking already. This new tablet computer has had many names but the Ipad is so far the most commonly used one. It can run all the apps the iphone and the ipod touch can except doing it bigger on a 10 inch screen. It would probably be around the range of 1000$, which would be too expesive unless the price were to be reduced to around 700$.

The CES is an event that happens once a year where companies get to show off new technology they want the public to know about. This is where VCR, DVD, CD players, HDTV, DVRs, and gaming machines like the Xbox were first introduced, even the classic “first” video game ever created, Pong, was introduced.

Project Natal, and the hp/microsoft slate were both introduced this year at CES. Project Natal is a motion sensor detector used only for Microsoft's Xbox 360 gaming console. It uses motion sensors to detect body movement and also includes. This Xbox 360 add on is going to be released in late 2010.

The microsoft/hp slate is more powerful than a phone and almost as powerful as a pc which makes it the perfect device to read, surf the web and to store information on the go. It is run on a windows 7
operating systems and can run in various modes including movie mode, ebook mode and pc mode. Much is still unknown about this such as the name of this device, the price it will run at, the battery life and more.

Recent Technology Advancements

Technology is always improving everyday and often surprises us with things we never thought to be possible. In my life, I had just recently got an ipod which could access the internet, stream videos from youtube and even email friends.

It can also work against us, in a recent case a judge sentenced Joel benebaum to a 675 000 dollar fine for sharing 30 copyrighted songs.
